Communications Officer
Cecilia Akinyi is a Kenyan communications professional passionate about leveraging storytelling for social change. With experience in the non-profit, media, and education sectors, she develops strategies that amplify marginalized voices and engage diverse audiences.
Cecilia holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Literature from Kenyatta University, along with certifications in digital marketing from Social Media College and product design (UI/UX) from Moringa School.
She has collaborated with the Centre for Human Rights and Policy Studies (CHRIPS), Moringa School, Kenya Works, and Nation Media Group, supporting communication initiatives that enhance visibility and foster meaningful connections. Through strategic communications, she informs, engages, and influences-helping turn ideas into action.
